I am passionate about exploring the microbial world and its evolutionary dynamics, as well as understanding the mechanisms of bacterial fitness, pathogenesis, and virulence underpinning adaptation and survival in diverse environments. I am also interested in unrevealing and characterizing microbial communities through culture-based and meta-omics approaches.
