Zander Human
Information
My research is focused on gaining a better understanding of the structure and function of microbiomes in different environments, using various omics techniques. I have a particular interest in microbes that play a role in the iron cycle, as well as the metallophores they produce during this process. Additionally, I study microbial communities in forest ecosystems, exploring the factors that shape these bacterial and fungal communities and their functions in these soils.
