Akbar Adjie Pratama
Information
I am deeply engaged in the study of viruses, with a particular focus on dsDNA and RNA viruses within soil systems. However, my research extends beyond soils to encompass other ecosystems, such as the ocean and rumen. My primary interest lies in understanding the diversity of viruses and their ecological patterns, investigating their impact on both the ecosystem and their microbial hosts. Additionally, I am intrigued by the ways in which viruses respond to climate change and how they integrate into climate change modeling systems.
