My research focuses on unravelling the key factors influencing the diversity and communities of the tree phyllosphere microbiome. As a microbial ecologist, I've studied various ecosystems like polar regions, deserts, mangroves, agroecosystems, and wastewater systems, investigating microbial diversity, communities, putative interactions, assembly mechanisms, and functional adaptations under changing environments.
